Company is composed of three divisions – equipment sales, service, and e-commerce.
Opportunity: Under general direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller oversees all operations in connection with financial matters including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and auditing; trains and supervises department staff; develops and initiates systems, policies and procedures for transacting financial matters and ensures that the financial system is accurate, efficient and in accordance with professional accounting practices.
Oversee all operational accounting (including GL activity, month end close, payroll, inventory control, capex, cost accounting)
Issue monthly financial statements, perform analytical review to ensure accurate accounting records are maintained
Manages and provides clear, concise, accurate and timely financial and operational data on assigned operations regarding sales, costs, labor costing, inventory management, finished goods value
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Good Understanding of activities manufacturing environment such as closing work orders, WIP, setting standard cost rates (labor and overhead).
Assures the accounting team maintains and continues to improve and develop key processes and controls
Responsible for establishing controls over transactions and accounting processes
Business partner to other functions and leadership team.

Cannabis Trimmer job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Hand Trimmer performs a dry trim on finished marijuana plants.
Cleaning of trim environment.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the Colorado Marijuana industry with a valid industry badge.
Average trimmers produce 2+ pounds in an 8-hour shift.

Cultivation Technician | Role Responsibilities
Grow, harvest and track cannabis flower precisely and efficiently
Safely and effectively assemble, disassemble, use, operate, clean and maintain equipment, tools, materials, production systems and facilities, and follow hygiene protocols
Monitor and document plant health and growth, along with physical and biological environmental conditions, such as temperature, water, light, CO2, nutrients, pH, pests and beneficial organisms
Demonstrate reliability, integrity, courtesy, and a positive attitude
Effectively communicate issues to the management team to ensure smooth operations within the department and company
Document, assess, evaluate and enhance your work performance and horticultural professionalism
