The Cultivation Technician plays a crucial role in our production of high-quality cannabis products and will report directly to the Assistant & Head Cultivators. To be successful in this position the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, and enjoy working with plants and organics. Starting pay is $15. Regular reviews are performed throughout the year. Successful long term employees can make up to $20. We are on the lookout for smart, driven, self starters who do more than just the minimum needed to get by.
Normal work shifts are M-F, 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Overtime is sometimes necessary, especially during the spring rush, and is mandatory. Short and enjoyable 20-25 minute commute from Eugene-Springfield.
Position Summary
The delivery driver is a critical part of the Kaprikorn nursery team. This individual is responsible for the transportation and delivery of goods to our customers. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to ensure that plants that are ready for sale are appropriately packed, correctly labeled with the accurate delivery address, and delivered on time to the customer cultivation site. This individual will be required to submit a Motor Vehicle Report from the DMV showing they have a clean valid Oregon driver's license. This position will report directly to the operations manager.
